Friday July 12 - Amy and I had a few friends from GE come over for a picnic, as a prelude to the wedding of another pair of GE friends. Ted got a chance to snuggle a little bit with the girlies after the party moved inside.
How do you keep baby Courtney content? Food, food, and more food, plus lots of crinkly food wrappers. Amy wanted me to make it a point to say that we didn't actually FEED her any of the Tostitos on her tray - the bag was just there for its crinkle factor.
Hayley and Shelby, doing what everyone wants to do on a Friday afternoon after a long day's work...
Amy's plan was to keep them up without a nap on Friday, so they'd go to bed early once the picnic got going...
Her plan failed quite miserably, as even Clifford-on-DVD wasn't able to keep them awake...
