Cake Decorating - The First Cake

Amy is enrolled in a 6 week cake decorating class - I had no idea there was such a cake decorating subculture (cult?) out there. Her professor is a "Master Icer" - which is a real, official title (I presume it's like a black belt or something).
The result of her first class - the beautiful, yummy, "Have A Nice Day" cake! The next time you see Amy ask her about the icing stiffness, the various icing tips used for this cake, etc. It's quite impressive!
